These terms apply when you use jessimo.co and its pages (such as unfiltered.jessimo.co and guides.jessimo.co), run by Jessi Moreira / The Jessi Moreira Collective ("JMC," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
1. Using the site
You can browse the site, sign up for updates, download our free guides for your own use, and send us requests. Please don't misuse the site: no spam, scraping, attempts to break in, or submitting someone else's details without their permission.
2. Our content
The text, photos, videos, guides and books on this site belong to Jessi Moreira unless we say otherwise. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Please don't resell, republish or pass off our guides or other content as your own.
3. Not professional advice
What we share (on the site, in guides, videos, seminars and talks) is general information from our own experience. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.
4. Events
Event dates, topics, venues and seat counts can change. If something changes for an event you signed up for, we will let you know using the contact details you gave us.
5. Text messages (SMS terms)
- Program. JMC updates by text from Jessi Moreira / The Jessi Moreira Collective: seminar and event dates and reminders, waitlist and early-access notices, guide links, and news about books and other projects. Some messages are marketing.
- Opt-in. You join only by checking the SMS box on one of our forms (never pre-checked) or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email jessi@jessimo.co.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Your mobile number and consent are never shared or sold for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Links to other sites
We link to other sites, such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Amazon and alvisolutions.com. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
7. No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
