Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
The Jessi Moreira Collective ("JMC," "we," "us," or "our") is a project of Jessi Moreira. It covers her seminars, events, books, newsletter, guides and speaking. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies when you visit jessimo.co or one of its pages (such as unfiltered.jessimo.co and guides.jessimo.co), fill out one of our forms, join a waitlist, download a guide, or sign up for our emails or text messages. It also applies to JMC sign-up forms hosted on other sites, such as the Back to You event pages.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. This includes your name, email address, mobile number and business name, plus anything you choose to tell us in a form, questionnaire, email, text message or call, such as questions about your business or topics you'd like us to cover.
Event information. When you register for or attend one of our events, we keep your registration details and whether you attended. We may take photos at events. We will tell you when we do, and you can ask us not to use a photo of you.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages, our hosting and security providers automatically log standard technical information. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that referred you.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, government ID numbers or full payment card numbers. If you buy something from us, payments are handled by our payment processors under their own privacy policies.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- send you what you asked for, such as a guide download or a waitlist spot
- tell you about our seminars, events, books and other updates if you signed up for them
- send you our newsletter if you signed up for it (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- send you text messages if you opted in (see Section 4)
- answer your questions and follow up on speaking requests
- improve our events and content
- keep our pages and systems secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run JMC. These include our CRM and messaging platform, our phone and texting provider, our email provider and website hosting. Some of our pages and systems are built and run for us by ALVI Solutions LLC, which acts as our service provider. Service providers may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- When the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- If JMC becomes a company, or in a business transfer such as a sale of assets. This Policy will continue to apply to your information.
- With your permission.
Jessi Moreira is also the founder and CEO of ALVI Solutions LLC. We do not give your information to ALVI Solutions for its own marketing. If you book a call with ALVI Solutions or sign up on one of ALVI's pages, ALVI's own privacy policy (alvisolutions.com/privacy) applies to that information.
4. Text messages (SMS)
- Who sends them. Jessi Moreira / The Jessi Moreira Collective sends text messages from (908) 883-4500.
- What we send. If you agree to receive them, our texts may include seminar and event dates and reminders, waitlist and early-access notices, guide and resource links, news about books and other projects, and replies to your messages. Some of these are marketing texts.
- How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms and submitting your mobile number. The box tells you what kinds of texts you are agreeing to, and it is never checked for you. You can also opt in by texting us first. You do not need to agree to receive texts to buy anything from us, join a waitlist or get a guide.
- How often. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you've opted out, and then we will not text you again unless you opt back in.
- Help. Reply HELP for help. You can also email jessi@jessimo.co.
- Timing. We do not send texts before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in your local time, except direct replies to messages you send us.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Email
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, and usually right away. If you unsubscribe, we may still send you messages about something you asked for, such as an event registration you made.
6. Cookies and website analytics
Our pages use only the cookies and logs they need to work and to stay secure. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this section before we do. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy, or as long as the law requires:
- Subscribers, waitlists and event sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, or until we no longer need it.
- Records of your text and email consent and opt-outs: for up to 4 years after your last interaction with us, so that we can show we respected your choices.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it.
8. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their work, and our pages use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if the law requires it.
9. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct inaccurate information
- delete your information
- stop sending you emails or texts
We do not sell your information, use it for targeted advertising or use it for profiling. To make a request, email jessi@jessimo.co. We will verify your identity by matching the details we already have, and we will respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word "Appeal." If you are not satisfied with the result, you may contact your state attorney general. In New Jersey, that is the Division of Consumer Affairs. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
10. Children
Our pages, events and newsletter are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please email jessi@jessimo.co and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will tell you by email or another appropriate way.
